Frequently asked questions
Is EndyMed a replacement for a face lift?
EndyMed is a non-surgical treatment that firms and lifts skin gradually. It's a great option for early to moderate laxity, but it doesn't replace surgery for advanced sagging. We'll advise honestly at your consultation.
Does EndyMed hurt?
Most clients find it comfortable and warm. It's non-invasive, with no needles for the standard RF treatment and no anaesthetic needed. Expect a deep warmth that builds during the pass; we adjust the energy to your comfort.
How many sessions do I need, and how often?
Usually 3–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, depending on your skin and goals. Face and neck usually need fewer sessions than larger body areas.
Is there downtime?
Minimal. You may have mild redness that settles within a few hours, and you can usually return to normal activities the same day.
When will I see results?
Some clients notice a glow after the first or second session. Results are progressive: collagen remodelling continues after your last session, and the full effect typically develops over 2–3 months.
What does "3DEEP" actually mean?
It refers to EndyMed's multi-source, phase-controlled RF delivery, designed to heat deeper tissue evenly while keeping the surface comfortable. In practice this means more uniform heating than single-electrode systems.
Is it safe in tropical heat and for tanned skin?
Yes, RF does not target pigment, so tanned skin is generally fine. We do not treat sunburn or actively peeling skin; wait until it has settled. Hydrate well and use SPF 50 afterwards: Bali's UV index frequently reaches 11 or higher.
Can I combine it with other treatments?
Yes. Common combinations: EndyMed + skin booster (Profhilo/Rejuran) for glow, or EndyMed + Exilis for face and body. Your doctor sets the order and the spacing.
Is EndyMed the same as RF microneedling?
No. 3DEEP treats with the handpiece on the skin surface. EndyMed Pro also offers fractional RF microneedling (for scars, stretch marks, resurfacing), which is a different treatment with minor downtime. See our Microneedling page.
