Exilis Ultra is a non-invasive treatment that combines monopolar radiofrequency (RF) and ultrasound energy in a single applicator. It gently heats the deeper layers of your skin to stimulate new collagen, tighten tissue, and contour stubborn areas — on both the face and body.
Because it works below the surface without breaking the skin, there are no needles and no recovery time. Most people describe the treatment as a warm, relaxing massage.
How Exilis works
The applicator delivers controlled RF energy that warms the dermis and subdermal tissue to a target range of roughly 40–42°C. This heat triggers your body's natural collagen remodelling and, on body areas, helps target fat cells — while a built-in cooling system keeps the skin surface comfortable.

No. Most clients find it comfortable — similar to a warm stone massage. There are no needles and no anaesthetic required.
How many sessions will I need?

Is there any downtime?
None. You can return to work, exercise, or your holiday straight after your session.

How is Exilis different from EndyMed 3DEEP, and which should I choose?
Exilis combines monopolar RF with focused ultrasound and is well suited to both mild face-and-neck laxity and body contouring. EndyMed 3DEEP uses multi-source, phase-controlled RF to heat deeper layers of the dermis and is often chosen when the main concern is skin texture and firmness. At your free consultation our doctor will recommend one, or a combination, based on your skin thickness and goals.
What temperature does the skin reach, and how do you keep it safe?
The target is a controlled, gentle heating of deeper tissue (our protocol: roughly 40–42°C). The applicator monitors skin-surface temperature in real time and cools the surface, so the therapist can adjust energy immediately if you feel it is too warm.
Can I have Exilis if I've had dermal fillers or Botox?
Often yes, but timing matters. Heat can affect some filler products, so we usually space treatments apart, with the exact gap advised by our doctor. Tell us the product and date at your consultation.
Is Exilis safe for darker or tanned skin?
RF heats tissue by electrical resistance rather than by targeting pigment, so it is generally suitable across skin tones, which is useful in Bali where most of us are tanned. We will not treat sunburnt or actively peeling skin; wait until it settles.
How long do results last?
New collagen continues to form for several weeks after each session, and results typically become clearly visible after the full course. Ageing and sun exposure continue afterwards, so most clients book a maintenance session every 6 months.
Can I do a full course on a 2–3 week holiday?
Yes. The standard course is 4 sessions, 1–2 weeks apart. For travellers we can schedule the sessions at the shorter 7-day interval, so a 3-week stay is enough, and we will share a maintenance plan you can continue at a clinic back home.
Is MOII close to Seminyak and Canggu? Is it easy to get to?
MOII is in Kerobokan, between Seminyak and Canggu, a short drive from both depending on traffic. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10AM–6PM, so you can book around your schedule.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking via WhatsApp 1–3 days ahead, especially on weekends. Same-day slots are sometimes available.
Will a doctor or only a therapist treat me?
Your plan is set by our doctor, sessions are performed by trained staff under medical supervision.
